The cinematic beast in me again stirs and I find myself moved to action. i promise to journal my adventures and continue the process. I'll be wandering in and out of existence, as you know it, but promise a continuing journey from here to???
Technorati Profile
The journey will continue and the story will build, as I continue the struggle of a "creation" of my master. My mind wanders as it struggles with the controversy of the body's desires. I am glad for opportunities like SouthSide Film Festival, and look forward to more of the same. I'll seek out the obscure, review the undiscovered, and reveal the trash. I'll be gentle, while being brutally honest.
The light draws high and I struggle to adjust. Later children....

You say you're stuck in the boonies? You obviously have internet ability... you can check the SouthSide Film Fest partner channel online at HaydenFilms Dot Com. There you can view some of the past short films from SouthSide Film Festival. And you can also view the entries from this year's "Image Over Word" competition at SouthSide. FUN STUFF! THanks for reading....
Anyway, I have Direct TV and like IFC and Sundance channels which have some outre movies, like a film from Spain, "Talk To Me." about a male nurse who impregnates his comatose patient..it sounds weird, but he is so sweet and loves her so much, you root for him.
Then there's a film "Japon," from South America, about a man intent on comitting suicide who goes to the remotest place he can find in the mountains, but talks an elderly lady into having sex with him one last time before he clocks out. She is so self sacrificing and kind that his attitude changes. (Both movies with subtitles of course.)
Tx for listening and for the viewing tips. [THUMBUP]
